The City of New Haven is pleased to accept sealed bids for condominium “Unit C” at 3-5 Cassius Street, New Haven , CT 06519. The City of New Haven (City) recently acquired this two bedroom unit and will be accepting sealed bids through the Livable City Initiative located at 165 Church Street (City Hall) third floor. The property is a three family house that was converted to three condominium units. We are only selling our unit (Unit C) which is the third floor of the property.
